DealFlow · Partnerships and growth

Land the partnership
you keep meaning to pitch.

For founders without a partnerships desk and creators leaving sponsorship money on the table. I find the right partner, build the pitch, and run the follow-up. Proposals go out under your name, and you keep the final yes.

What I take off your plate

The hours before the deal.

Finding the right partner and vetting them usually costs more time than the deal itself. That part is my job.

Pitch decks and proposals

Rebuilt so the person reading it can say yes. Clear offer, clear numbers, clear ask.

OTA and affiliate setup

Agoda, Klook, Booking.com and Traveloka. Listings, programme applications and the follow-up that usually stalls.

Creators, KOLs and media

Sourcing, briefing and results tracking. FAM trips included, planned and run end to end.

Fractional partnerships lead

For founders who need the function for a quarter, not a full time hire. One active pipeline, reported weekly.

How it works

One deal at a time.

Chasing three partners at once is how pipelines stall. The same four steps I use for every engagement.

F

Find the friction

Audit your pipeline. Find the deals stalling, and the ones never getting pitched.

L

Lock the target

One market, one partner type, one objective. Agreed in writing before any outreach.

O

Orchestrate

Research, vetting, deck and outreach. You approve every proposal before it goes out.

W

Win and widen

Close it, log what worked, then open the next deal the same way.

Track record

Sixteen years on the buyer's side of the table.

Results from my years running partnerships and campaigns at the Singapore Tourism Board, across four Southeast Asian markets.

Questions

Before you ask.

Who is DealFlow for?

Founders who are moving fast without a partnerships desk, and creators who are leaving sponsorship money on the table. It also suits travel, hospitality and lifestyle brands that want to sell through OTAs and affiliate programmes but never get the setup finished.

What is the difference between DealFlow and Flowline?

Flowline is a system doing repeat work for you, like answering leads or matching invoices. DealFlow is a person making the judgment call: which partner, which pitch, which terms. If it repeats every week, that's Flowline. If it needs someone to say yes or no on your behalf, that's DealFlow.

Do you sign deals on my behalf?

No. Proposals go out under your name, and you approve every proposal and commitment before it goes out. I do the research, the vetting, the pitch and the follow-up. You keep the final yes.

Do you guarantee a deal?

No. Nobody honest can. What I commit to is the work in the scope: the audit, the target list, the deck, the outreach and the follow-up, tracked by the hour and reported weekly.

What is not included?

Sponsorship rights fees, partner commissions, paid media, and legal review of contracts. If something matters to the outcome, I name it in the scope before kickoff.

How much does it cost?

DealFlow uses the same hourly ladder as Flowline. Starter Sprint is 10 hours for RM3,900. Growth Build is 25 hours for RM9,250. Transformation is 50 hours for RM17,500. FlowCare is 8 hours a month for RM2,800. Clients outside Malaysia are quoted on the Dollar board.
